Another successful Come & Try Rowing Event ( @rowingcanada @rownovascotia )

Halifax Rowing Club held a very successful Come & Try Rowing this morning. The weather, for the most part, cooperated with the early morning fog burning off and the sun coming out just in time for the 9:00 am session. We ended up hosting 36 visitors, and we were able to introduce them to the wonderful sport / activity of rowing. Even though the wind kicked up a bit and the water conditions become less than ideal, we were able to get most boats (4x and 2x) rowing all together.
We hope to have another Come & Try Event later in the season … hope you can join us.
