Notice of a Special Meeting for Halifax Rowing Club
A Special Meeting of the Halifax Rowing Club will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 7:00 – 8:00 pm. The Special Meeting will be held at the Community Room, Sobey’s, Mumford Road.
The purpose of this meeting is to approve a new set of Bylaws for the Club.
A copy of the proposed new Bylaws can be found here. A copy of the Special Resolution to adopt them can be found here.
Please review them prior to the meeting. The sole purpose of this meeting is to approve the new bylaws. There should be ample time for questions and discussion.
In order to pass the Bylaws we need a minimum of 20 members present and a minimum of 75% of those present must vote to approve the Bylaws for the Special Resolution to be accepted / passed.
