New HRC Bylaws Approved – February 10, 2015
Thanks to all members who attended the Special Meeting that was held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015. At this meeting a Special Resolution was passed, approving HRCs new Bylaws. These Bylaws have been posted here on our website, and are being submitted to the Registry of Joint Stocks.
