Dalhousie wins the Atlantic University Rowing Championships!
For a second year in a row, HRC members and the Dalhousie Rowing Team competed at the Atlantic Rowing Championships in Lochaber, NS, with phenomenal results.
The Dalhousie Rowing Club (consisting of 44 competing members) won the overall championships by a wide margin against the other universities. In addition to many 2nd and 3rd places, they won Gold in the following events:
– University Lightweight Men’s 2x: Brent Miller, Matti Sapin
– University Women’s 2x: Lizzie O’Carroll, Emily Chedrawe
– University Women’s 2-: Lizzie O’Carroll, Emily Chedrawe
– University Men’s 4x: Jarrod Farr, Jack Evans, Matt Jarvis, Connor Booker
– University Women’s 4x: Lizzie O’Carroll, Rachel Mays, Holly Davy, Emily Chedrawe
– Novice Women’s 4x: Jess Flower, Jordanne Buote, Lianne Burrell, Courtney Oland Lee
– University Men’s 4+: Jarrod Farr, Connor Booker, Jack Evans, Matt Jarvis, Tori Wight cox
– University Women’s 4+: Erin Richardson, Lizzie O’Carroll, Rachel Mays, Emily Chedrawe, Luisa Roberts cox
– Novice Men’s 4+: Dylan Runte, Mike McCann, Coleman Kettenbach, Julien Flaherty, Luisa Roberts cox
– University Men’s 8+: Jarrod Farr, Connor Booker, Cam Runte, Matt Jarvis, Jack Evans, Douglas Morum, Brent Miller, Matti Sapin, Tori Wight cox
– Novice Women’s 8+: Jess Flower, Sarah Tamosetis, Courtney Oland Lee, Jordanne Buote, Lianne Burrell, Melissa Fraser, Cassidy McCausland, Tiffany McCausland, Meggie Letman cox
