Strava Isolation Challenge
We know our athletes are looking for ways to stay motivated to keep their fitness up during this isolation period. That’s why we’ve put together a challenge, open to any HRC members to track their training time & kilometres on Strava for a chance to win some prizes!
Inspired by our friends at the University of Alberta Rowing Team, we’ve put together a challenge where your training volume & kilometres equal points, and the athlete with the most points at the end of the challenge will win a $50 Regatta Sport Gift Card! Second Place will win a $20 Dilly Dally Cafe Gift Card & Third Place will win a pair of RS Pogies!
Coach Holly has set up a Halifax Rowing Club Team on Strava – this is where you will track your training time / distance for the challenge!

If you have a Smart Watch, you can sync it up to Strava to automatically track your training. If you don’t have a watch, no problem! You can manually log your training, just like on Concept 2 Log Book.
