The 2012 Cogswell / Pelham Halifax Harbour Championship Race & Northwest Arm Regatta is once again being hosted by the Halifax Rowing Club. This is the 154th annual running of this historic regatta. A brief history of the both Championship races can be found in the Regatta Race Package.
